Pet Policy
We believe that being pet-friendly is a “must-have” in apartment home living. Take comfort in knowing we welcome your smallest pet or even your largest pet, guaranteeing no weight restrictions. For dogs, breed restrictions do apply. There is a two-pet maximum per home. We require a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet, due at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $25 per authorized pet. A pet screening profile with PetScreening is required for each animal.Pet(s) must be “on a leash” at all times when outside of the apartment and our residents and guests are required to clean up after their pet(s).
